Manual Stone Seam Setter with Suction Cups for Granite Worktop Joints

Seamless Stone Seam Setter with Vacuum Suction This manual stone seam setter is designed to help you achieve clean, level joints when working with stone worktops and similar surfaces. The set includes two suction cups, each measuring six inches, along with the necessary components for positioning and aligning your slabs with confidence. Simple and Secure Fixing The tool operates using a straightforward vacuum mechanism. Begin by placing the fixed suction cup on the left-hand plate and the movable suction cup on the right-hand plate. Use the pump to create a firm vacuum hold, ensuring both cups are securely attached to the surface before you begin any adjustment. This stable grip allows you to work with greater control and reduces the risk of movement during the joining process. Effortless Seam Alignment Once the cups are fixed, you can bring the two plates together. Turn the side knob anticlockwise to draw the seam closed, adjusting until you achieve a smooth, uninterrupted appearance. The design allows for fine control, so you can take your time to position the joint precisely as required. Accurate Levelling Control To level the plates, position one of the blue indicator heads beneath the upper knob on the higher side of the seam. Turn the upper knob clockwise to bring the plates into alignment. In most cases, a single upper knob is sufficient for effective levelling. A second knob is available for use when you are working on larger installations that require additional adjustment, giving you flexibility across different project sizes. Practical Design for Everyday Use Built with a robust rubber construction and a manual operating system, this seam setter offers dependable performance without the need for power tools. Its straightforward design makes it suitable for both professional tradespeople and keen DIY enthusiasts looking for a reliable solution for achieving neat, level stone joints.
