Float Valve for Solar Water Tank, Automatic Water Level Control Valve

The Float Valve for Solar Water Tanks This floating valve is designed to regulate the water level inside a solar water tank, helping to maintain a consistent and controlled fill. It operates as a liquid level control valve, making it a practical component for managing water intake automatically. The valve is intended for installation on a one-side configuration, and its built-in, embedded float design allows it to sit neatly within the tank. Installation and Positioning For reliable operation, the main water inlet should be aligned with the normal diameter of the control valve, and the shut-off valve must be fully open during use. When fitting multiple valves in the same tank, keep them at the same height to ensure even performance. Before installation, clear any debris from the pipeline to prevent blockages that could affect the valve's function. The float must be positioned vertically after installation. If you need to mount the valve from above, you will require a connector to link the float valve to the inlet pipe. In this case, first secure the water inlet pipe on a horizontal surface, then attach the automatic water level control valve to the inlet in line with standard practice.
