Pneumatic Exhaust Throttle Valve with IQS Hose Connection This pneumatic exhaust throttle valve combines a throttle check function with a 90° angled design, offering precise speed control for pneumatic cylinders. The unit features a 1/8 inch thread with a 6 mm IQS hose connection, making it suitable for externally calibrated pneumatic hose. By allowing free supply air while throttling exhaust air, this valve improves cylinder running behaviour and helps maintain a constant speed even when the system is under load. Construction and Materials The valve is manufactured from carefully selected materials for dependable service in compressed air systems. The spindle is machined from MS58 brass, while the body uses PBT polybutylene terephthalate. The release ring is made from PA 66, seals are NBR, and the retaining claws are stainless steel. These components work together to provide a reliable and secure connection for your compressed air line. Operating Specifications Designed for use with oiled or unoiled compressed air as well as neutral gases, this exhaust throttle operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 60°C and handles operating pressures up to 12 bar. The 90° angled configuration allows convenient installation in confined spaces, and the IQS hose connection ensures a firm grip on externally calibrated pneumatic tubing.
