Current Sensing Switch Relay for Accurate AC Monitoring This self-powered current sensing switch is designed for precise AC monitoring in a range of electrical applications. Using mutual inductance current detection, it provides full input and output isolation for safe operation. The relay detects currents from 0.2A to 30A and is available in normally open (M3050) or normally closed (M3056) configurations, with clear red and green LED indicators for quick status recognition in the field. Adjustable Monitoring Threshold The sensing relay features an adjustable threshold within the 0.2–30A range, allowing you to fine-tune it to match your circuit’s specific requirements. It responds rapidly to changes in current and maintains hysteresis under 1% for consistent, reliable performance, even in strong magnetic environments or demanding industrial settings. Self-Powered, Non-Contact Operation Operating without an external power source, this switch draws energy inductively from the monitored circuit. The non-contact electronic switch design supports unlimited switching cycles, reduces mechanical wear, and delivers fast reaction times, making it well suited to automated equipment protection and other time-sensitive applications. Robust and Compact Construction Built with environmentally friendly, flame-retardant PC housing, the unit measures just 65 x 25 x 47mm, so it fits neatly into tight control panels. With a 10mm drill line diameter capacity and a 0.3A contact rating at 240V AC/DC, it is compatible with a wide range of testing, measurement, and inspection setups.
