Cordless Electric Strapping Machine for PP and PET Straps, Handheld Automatic Packaging Tool

Automatic Strapping Machine for Reliable Packaging This cordless electric strapping machine offers a practical solution for securing boxes, pallets and other loads with PP or PET strap. Designed for handheld use, it combines tensioning, sealing and cutting in one portable tool, making it well suited to packing tasks in paper, light industry, logistics, textile, steel, agriculture and metal sectors. With an adjustable tension force ranging from 60 to 2800N, it can handle a variety of strapping jobs while remaining easy to operate. Cordless Operation and Portability Powered by a 14.4V rechargeable 3000mAh battery, this strapping tool delivers cordless freedom across the workplace. The battery can be recharged more than 2000 times, supporting extended use without frequent replacements. Weighing just 3.6kg and measuring 37 x 14 x 12cm, the machine is compact enough to carry between workstations and convenient for use in demanding conditions. The included charger and battery allow you to begin work straight away. Friction Welding Sealing for Secure Straps The machine uses a friction welding method to seal straps, creating a firm joint without the need for separate seals or clips. It works with PET and PP strap in widths from 9 to 16mm and thicknesses from 0.5 to 1.2mm, giving you flexibility across different packaging requirements. The spin-tightening mechanism helps achieve greater tension, while the simple hand-tighten, seal and cut operation reduces the skill level needed from production staff. Suitable for Small and Heavy Loads Whether you are securing small objects or bundling heavy goods, this strapping machine adapts to the task. Its portable design makes it particularly useful for smaller items in packing, while the robust tensioning capability also suits heavier loads. Please note that the machine should not be operated without strap loaded, and new units may require a short adjustment period to match your specific strap material before optimal performance is achieved.
