After switching on the power, check that the operating levers and buttons are functioning normally. Open the upper cover by 90 degrees, place the diaphragm between the upper and lower frames, and secure it with the ball puller. Reset the cover and raise the frame to the working height using the lifting handle. Position the model centrally on the mesh board, then switch on the heating element. When the diaphragm has softened to approximately 0.39 inches below the plane of the lower frame, typically after two to three minutes, turn off the heating and lower the frame while activating the vacuum motor. Once the material has formed around the model, remove the finished piece. Practical Specifications The machine operates on 220V or 110V at 60Hz, with a power output of 1000W, including 600W for heating and 800W for moulding. The power cord measures between 1.2 and 1.5 metres, giving you flexibility in positioning the unit on your workbench. The overall dimensions are 25 x 21 x 30cm, and the machine weighs 6kg, making it compact enough for benchtop use while remaining sturdy during operation.
