Lightweight DN25 PVC PPR Threading Tap

Dimensions: 40 mm length × 36 mm width × 32 mm height. Constructed entirely from forged alloy steel with silver surface treatment. Designed exclusively for DN25 (1 inch) PVC and PPR pipes — incompatible with copper, steel, or larger-diameter plastic pipes. Enables creation of both internal and external threads using the same physical unit — orientation change determines mode, with no parts to lose or misalign. Claw mechanism grips pipe securely prior to rotation, reducing operator effort and improving start-up precision. Detachable components simplify cleaning and inspection after exposure to pipe dust or solvent residue. Recommended for plumbers, heating engineers, and certified installers working under WRAS-aligned specifications where traceable, repeatable thread quality is mandatory.
