Compact 12V 24V DC LC EMI Filter

Dimensions: 42 x 77 x 1.6 mm. PCB-based construction with 10 A current rating. Includes two 50 V, 470 µF electrolytic capacitors; two 100 nF and one 470 pF film capacitors; two magnetic ring inductors and one common mode inductor. Fitted with 7.62 mm socket connectors — one 2-pin and one 3-pin. Supports DC input up to 50 V (upgradeable via capacitor replacement). Outputs clean DC. Optimised for automotive, motorcycle and mobile audio systems vulnerable to electromagnetic interference. This passive LC filter is engineered to eliminate high-frequency power supply noise before it reaches your amplifier — reducing audible hiss, whine and distortion caused by EMI coupling through shared ground paths or unshielded wiring. Its component selection and layout follow proven RF suppression principles used in professional mobile audio installations. Designed for direct integration into existing DC power runs, it requires no configuration, no power supply, and introduces negligible voltage drop or insertion loss — preserving dynamic headroom while cleaning the supply rail.
