Dolphin Pool Robot Rails And Rings Replacement Kit

This kit delivers two essential consumable components—9985006-R2 rails and 6101611-R4 climbing rings—for Dolphin DX and CC Plus robotic pool cleaners. Rails are extruded with controlled surface texture for optimal grip; rings are injection-moulded with balanced elasticity to compress evenly under load. Both parts undergo accelerated lifecycle testing in simulated UK pool water chemistry (3–5 ppm free chlorine, 3000–6000 ppm salinity). Over time, rail wear reduces directional control and increases motor strain; ring fatigue causes intermittent climbing failure. Replacing them re-establishes baseline mobility, improves energy efficiency per cleaning cycle, and prevents secondary wear on drive motors and brushes.
