100Mbps Active Ethernet Splitter

This active Ethernet splitter has dimensions of 9.5 cm × 5.5 cm × 2.5 cm and a mass of 85 g. Its enclosure is made from UL94-V0 rated ABS plastic. It features one RJ45 input port, two RJ45 output ports, and a micro-USB power connector. It supports 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet transmission in full-duplex mode and is verified for use with Cat5 and Cat5e UTP cables only. Power delivery via the included 5 V USB cable is non-negotiable — no functionality occurs without it. Unlike passive solutions, this unit contains signal regeneration ICs to preserve waveform fidelity across both outputs. It is widely deployed in UK contexts including post-renovation connectivity upgrades, university accommodation with strict landlord cabling restrictions, and field-service technician kits for on-site LAN diagnostics and parallel device validation.
