160A Twin-Head Sheet Cutter

This 160A twin-head sheet cutter provides reliable, repeatable cutting across metal and non-metal sheet materials. Maximum capacities: 1.2 mm stainless steel, 1.8 mm ordinary steel, and sub-2 mm non-metals such as plastic, acrylic, fibreboard and most boards. Features two functionally identical cutting heads — either may be used independently, and switching requires no disassembly or adjustment. Each head rotates freely 360 degrees for maximum adaptability on flat, convex, concave or irregular surfaces. Compatible with standard 8 mm electric or pneumatic drills operating at 1500–3000 rpm. Minimum cutting radius: 12 mm. Optimised for above-the-workpiece operation to improve force transmission and visual access. A direct upgrade over traditional electric and vibrating scissors for trades requiring speed, accuracy and minimal tool swaps.
