Marine Foldable Step Diamond Plate

Compact 108 × 81 mm footprint crafted from solid 316 stainless steel — selected for exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress cracking in brackish and fully saline environments. Surface texture: mechanical diamond plate pattern — not painted, coated, or adhesive — permanently bonded to the base metal. Finish: high-lustre mirror polish applied post-fabrication to enhance passive oxide layer formation. Deployment method: ‘grab opening’ — intuitive top-edge actuation enables one-motion unfolding; held open by internal spring plate tension. Application scope: certified for transom, swim platform, and mast base mounting on vessels up to 12m LOA. Supplied individually; compatible with ISO 4014/4017 M6 stainless fasteners (not included).
