CNC Aluminium Fork Riser Spacer 100mm

Size: 14 x 5 x 4.3 cm. Weight: approx. 205 g. Manufactured from high-grade aluminium alloy using CNC milling technology, then anodised for surface hardness and longevity. Designed exclusively for mountain bike fork steerer tube extension applications — not intended for road or hybrid bikes. Delivers up to 100 mm of additional stack height, allowing riders to raise handlebar position incrementally while retaining full compatibility with OEM stems, headsets, and spacers. Installs between the fork crown race and lower stem bearing cover — requires no disassembly beyond standard stem removal. Used widely by trail and all-mountain riders to counteract overly aggressive geometry, accommodate longer-travel forks, or adapt stock frames for taller riders — supports safer, more confident handling across mixed terrain including rock gardens, root sections, and steep switchbacks.
