Fine Mesh Nylon Paint Filter Cones

These paint strainers are made from premium nylon mesh calibrated to 100 microns, delivering consistent, high-fidelity filtration for demanding applications. Each cone measures approx. 16 x 9 cm (6.30 x 3.54 inches), offering ample surface area for rapid throughput. The mesh is set using gravity-based tensioning—ensuring dimensional stability during use and resistance to stretching or warping. The ultra-thin, soft filter medium enables efficient separation of particulates without restricting flow, especially important for low-viscosity automotive clearcoats and solvent-based wood stains. Suitable for use with spray guns, HVLP systems, and manual brushing—ideal for body shops, cabinet makers, and maintenance technicians who require repeatability and minimal waste.
