Silicon Nitride Flame Sensing Ignitor

A dedicated replacement ignitor for Hayward’s Low NOx-compliant Universal H-Series pool heaters. Uniquely combines spark generation and flame verification in one field-serviceable module. Critical components are built using stainless steel for current paths, technical ceramic for thermal decoupling, and silicon nitride for the flame-sensing rod — all selected to meet the narrow operational tolerances of modern Low NOx combustion systems. Dimensions conform fully to OEM standards: thread pitch, bracket depth, and sensor protrusion length are matched exactly. Unit weight stays under 120g to support efficient servicing in constrained or elevated environments. Visual colour variation (white or black) serves internal batch identification only and does not affect function or compatibility.
