Reusable 1 Micron PP Filter Media Bag

Precision-engineered from virgin polypropylene nonwoven fabric, this filter bag achieves reliable 1 micron nominal filtration performance for industrial solid/liquid separation. Material is inherently hydrophobic and resistant to microbial growth in damp storage — supporting hygiene-critical roles in food and beverage production. No mention of antimicrobial additives or surface treatments in original specs. Installation follows standard industry practice: insert into housing, seal with clamp or O-ring, and verify leak-free operation before pressurisation. Cleaning involves mechanical agitation in clean water, followed by air-drying away from direct UV exposure to preserve polymer integrity. Field-proven in UK paint distributors’ blending rooms, Irish dairy co-op pasteuriser feed lines, Dutch electroplating rinse loops, and Spanish olive oil cold-filtration stages — demonstrating resilience across viscosity ranges from thin solvents to viscous syrups.
