Metal RS232 Serial Port Switcher

Dimensions: 118 x 94 x 38 mm. Constructed from high-grade metal for long-term reliability in demanding environments. Colour: Black. Designed for true RS232 signal integrity — supports bidirectional full-duplex communication without latency or handshaking loss. Enables flexible serial resource allocation: configure as 4:1 (four computers → one device) or 1:4 (one computer → four devices), using only manual button selection. No drivers, no software, no power adapter needed — powered passively via RS232 signal lines (TxD/RxD/RTS/CTS/GND). Built-in physical isolation guarantees zero electrical continuity between ports, protecting connected equipment from voltage spikes, ground differentials, or accidental miswiring — especially vital when integrating legacy lab instruments, CNC controllers, or point-of-sale peripherals into modern control networks.
