NE5532 MM Phono Preamplifier Board

This preamplifier board is designed specifically for moving magnet (MM) phono signals from vinyl record players. It measures approximately 6.5 × 4.5 × 1.2 cm and weighs about 25 g, constructed with a durable plastic PCB housing. The board uses the industry-standard NE5532 dual operational amplifier in a gold-plated round-hole IC socket, allowing easy op-amp swapping for tonal fine-tuning. It operates on dual AC power supply between 5 V and 16 V. Signal integrity is enhanced by integrated shielding on input/output cabling. The board is red in colour, though actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen and lighting differences. Tolerances in physical dimensions are ±1–3 cm.
