Coconut Coir Tree Ring Mulch Mats

These 11.8-inch circular mulch mats are crafted from densely packed coconut coir fiber, 6mm thick and naturally brown in tone. Each mat is dimensionally stable, resilient to light compression, and maintains shape after repeated watering. Their fibrous composition allows slow, even water infiltration and prevents surface runoff. As a breathable ground cover, they suppress weeds by limiting light exposure while permitting gas exchange essential for root respiration. Tested in varied UK microclimates — from damp north-facing balconies to sun-exposed south-facing patios — they perform reliably across indoor and outdoor plant environments.
