Industrial Brass Float Valve Set

A complete, ready-to-install floating ball valve set engineered for industrial-grade water level control in hot and cold storage tanks and pump-fed systems. Built with a brass body and stainless steel level adjuster, it features a shaftless floating sphere held firmly between two robust valve seats. Available in three standard nominal sizes: 2 cm (1/2 inch), 5 cm (2 inch), and 7 cm (2.75 inch), all rated to 1.0 MPa (10 bar) working pressure. The design supports full flow stoppage, media routing, and directional change via a reverse sealing rod that improves shut-off integrity. Automatic pressure relief prevents over-pressurisation, while the integrated locking mechanism maintains calibrated float height under operational stress. Suited for continuous-duty use in chemical plants, oil refineries, gas distribution infrastructure, and metal processing facilities.
