Brass CGA-320 CO2 Regulator Inlet Kit

This inlet kit delivers a matched, factory-assembled set of CGA-320 brass components: nut, nipple, and washer — engineered for direct fitment onto CO2 regulator inlets compliant with ENX standards. Approximate total mass is 125g; maximum rated outlet pressure is 15 MPa. Each part is turned from solid brass bar stock, then finished to tight geometric tolerances for optimal thread engagement and surface contact. The CGA-320 thread pitch and flank angle meet international gas equipment specifications, ensuring reliable sealing and mechanical retention. The washer serves a dual role: it reduces localised stress concentration at the thread root during installation and acts as a sacrificial interface to absorb micro-imperfections between mating surfaces — extending service life of both regulator port and fitting. Widely applied in UK hospitality, homebrewing, planted aquariums, and small-scale lab gas manifolds where dependable, low-maintenance gas connections are non-negotiable.
