Radial-Cut PVC Pipe Chamfering Tool

A purpose-built manual tool for PVC pipe edge preparation, featuring a red circular disc with three precisely positioned radial steel cutting strips. Housed in a rugged aluminum alloy body and anchored by a central metal shaft and silver hexagonal stem, it weighs approx. 280 g and fits standard hand grip ergonomics. Designed exclusively for dry, manual rotation — no electricity, batteries or consumables needed. Used to create uniform bevels on pipe ends prior to solvent welding, gasketed joints or threaded adapters. Proven effective on common UK-specified PVC-U conduit sizes (20 mm to 50 mm), supporting compliance with installation best practices in domestic, commercial and industrial settings.
