Differential temperature controller The controller is designed to control the heating system. Depending on the configuration, the controller can control simple systems such as a boiler or circulating pump, as well as extended ones, e.g. solar collector. The device works on the principle of temperature measurement with two sensors "hight" (sensor ttemperature collector) and "low" (sensor temperature in the tray CWU). If the temperature in the collector is greater than the temperature in the tank by a given value, the pump is switched on. The exclusion occurs when the difference decreases by the value of the set hysteresis. The controller has the following outputs : Heating (outputs of heating switching on, e.g. Heaters ) Pump (circulation pump collector) Water valve (control of water release valve) Heating output (heating) is switched on when ma fulfilled the condition of the collector operation, i.e. if the collector temperature is not higher than the temperature of the CWU tank by a given value. This means that the collector does not work with the set power, the settings can be adjusted. The output is ma ensure a comfortable temperature mimo lack of sun, the temperature can be set in the "low temperature zone" parameter. The water valwe output is switched on when the water level falls below the low water sensor level (low water sensor in the tank). The shutdown occurs after reaching the Hight water level level (high level sensor). These outputs are used for e.g. non-pressure collectors for automatic water release into the tank. When not using this output connect the input low water level with Hight water level with water level public. (At this point, water permission is omitted). The set includes 2 temperature sensors with a length of 1,5m. If longer connections are used, the cable should be extended. The controller displays the temperature of the DHW tank on an ongoing basis, if you want to display the collector temperature , hold down the "up" button .
